Frisco’s latest development is an urban-style mixed-use village that will have about 2,000 homes.
Total cost is $500 million. Housing types are townhomes, houses, apartments and senior townhouses built around landscaped parks and waterways.
The project covers 152 - acres at Legacy and Cotton Gin Road.
Builders including Darling Homes, CB Jeni Homes, Normandy Homes, Cambridge Homes and Drees Homes have bought the home sites to build on.
