One of Frisco's neWest buildings is up for grabs.
The first phase of Frisco Station opened in late 2017 with a seven-story, 230,935-square-foot office building.
The new building on Warren Parkway West of the Dallas North Tollway is almost fully leased to tenants including Fiserv, Brierley + Partners, Equinix and Kimley Horn.
The building, which is next door to the Dallas Cowboys' Star development, is just the first phase of a $1.8 billion, 242-acre mixed-use project that includes office, apartments, hotel and retail buildings.
Frisco Station is being built by Rudman Partnership, Hillwood and VanTrust Real Estate.
Commercial property firm CBRE is marketing the Offices One at Frisco Station building for sale.
"As the cornerstone project of Frisco Station, an innovative and master-planned development, The Offices One offers a highly walkable environment with immediate access to urban living, luxury and boutique hotels, and popular retail, restaurants and entertainment," the marketing pitch for the property says.
Frisco Station's developers are already building a second six-story office building next door to the property that's for sale.
Called Offices Two at Frisco Station, the 210,000-square-foot speculative building will open late this year.
